I am the Vice President of Professional & Support Services at Genesys Regional Medical Center. I stopped in to see you last Thursday after a luncheon event at the GAC, but you had stepped out. My intent was to share with you feedback on two of your employees, Danielle and Mike, regarding their consistently superior guest relations skills. Both are always pleasant, professional and courteous. They always remember me by name and ensure that I am well taken care of. In fact, last Thursday, Danielle vocalized extremely positive feelings about her job and stated how nice it is to look forward to coming to work each day. Thank you for your hospitality and accommodations on Tuesday. The venue, food and service were first class! Danielle was fantastic. She was friendly, very professional and her customer service was extraordinary. A room’s temperature can be tricky and she was on top of it. When we requested pop “on the fly” she was quick to accommodate us. I would recommend Epoch Catering and Genesys’s conference facility any time.

Good morning,
Sorry to be so slow in writing this. We wanted to thank you for everything. The wedding went very well. We had a lot of compliments on the reception and everything thought it was a beautiful spot. Lots of rave reviews on the food and we thought is was delicious. Please pass on our compliments to the chef.
